Brief Description : Based on this new International Law anyone lived in a country over 10 years should be able to run for presidency of that country if they were not born there with special rights due to habitual residency rights they will be considered citizen and will have privilege to participate in the national Presidential election among candidates and therefore their birthplace should not be any longer a determining factor. Because no one have hands over where they were born. However a man / woman is known by his / her work or accomplishments. Therefore
in modern age we have to decided to approve this law on behalf of Sovereign Monarchy (Primarily Comprises Of 4 Main Empires Of The World ~ Roman, British, French & Islamic ~ Empires ; However by hereditary rights we represnt 8 Top Main Empires Of The World) and this particular law will be well established for all nations for the betterment of next generations to create better world leaders / country leaders by giving opportunities to all high quality leaderships those who will be able to add more value to a nation if given opportunity to serve them with full empowerment to lead the government / a nation.
