COMMON LAW / COMMONWEALTH LAW / INTERNATIONAL LAW / SOCIAL HOUSING LAW / SOVEREIGN EMPIRE LAW ;


*ABOUT THE INTERNATIONAL LAW :


BASED ON THIS INTERNATIONAL LAW ANY ONE OR ANY FAMILY ONCE GET APPROVAL BY A CITY COUNCIL OR A COUNTY COUNCIL FOR A COUNCIL HOUSE THEY DON'T HAVE TO STAY THERE FOREVER IF THEY GET BETTER JOB OPPORTUNITIES IN DIFFERENT LOCATION OR IF THEY HAVE FEAR OF LIFE RISK IN THAT PARTICULAR LOCATION DUE TO

FAMILIARITIES OF PAST ENEMIES OR PEOPLE WHO COULD HARM THEM OR THEIR FAMILY OR HAVE FEAR OF LIFE RISK. IN SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES AN INDIVIDUAL OR A FAMILY WILL BE ABLE TO RENT OUT THE COUNCIL HOUSE BY LEGAL CONTRACT WITH A REAL ESTATE AND LETTING AGENCY WHO WILL BE THE CARE TAKER OF THE PLACE AND ENSURE THE PLACE IS RENTED TO A CREDIBLE TENANT AND ALSO IF ANY PROBLEM OCCURS THERE WHILE THE NEW TENANT RESIDES THERE THEY WILL BE THE FIRST CONTACT PERSON TO HANDLE ANY SITUATION IF ANY INCIDENT HAPPENS TO THAT APARTMENT OR BUILDING WHILE IT IS UNDER THEIR CARE. AND CITY OR COUNTY COUNCIL MUST RECEIVE THEIR WEEKLY OR MONTHLY CONTRIBUTIONS FROM WHO ORIGINALLY GOT APPROVAL FOR THE COUNCIL HOUSE. AND SHOULD ALSO KEEP COMMUNICATION WITH THE COUNCIL THROUGH EMAIL AND IF NECESSARY THROUGH PHONETIC COMMUNICATION EVERY YEAR QUARTERLY BASIS. SO THAT IF THE CITY OR COUNTY COUNCIL NEED TO ADDRESS ANY MATTER THEY WILL BE ABLE TO DO SO.

THIS PARTICULAR LAW HAS BEEN PRIMARILY APPROVED ON BEHALF OF ~ SOVEREIGN EMPIRE / DIVINE KINGDOM / FEDERAL GOVT OF COMMONWEALTH FOR ALL NATIONS.


*WHY EMPEROR DECIDED TO MAKE SUCH LEGISLATION :


THE EMPEROR OBSERVED BASED ON CURRENT LAW IF SOMEONE GET A COUNCIL HOUSE AND AFTER SOME TIME IF THEY DO FURTHER EDUCATION AND ACHIEVE BETTER EDUCATION OR SKILLS AND HAVE BETTER JOB OPPORTUNITIES IN DIFFERENT REGION IF THEY MOVE THEY ACTUALLY LOSE THE COUNCIL HOUSE WHICH IS UNFAIR TO HIM. BECAUSE PEOPLE USUALLY WAIT MORE THAN 10 YEARS IN THE WAITING LIST TO GET THE COUNCIL HOUSE AND THEIR LIFE SHOULD NOT BE STUCK THERE. IF THEY HAVE BETTER EARNING OPPORTUNITIES FOR THEIR FAMILY THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO MOVE TO A BETTER LOCATION TO CONTRIBUTE BETTER IN THE ECONOMY AND TO BECOME A BETTER PRODUCTIVE CITIZEN OF A COUNTRY OR THE WORLD. EMPEROR BELIEVE THIS NEW LAW WILL MAKE PEOPLES LIVES MORE EASIER. THEREFORE IT WILL BE FAIR FOR ALL CURRENT AND FUTURE GENERATIONS ONCE OFFICIALLY ENFORCED GLOBALLY.

THIS PARTICULAR LAW HAS BEEN APPROVED ON BEHALF OF ABSOLUTE SOVEREIGN MONARCHY GOVERNMENT ALSO KNOWN AS ABSOLUTE MONARCHY GOVT OF KING OF KINGS ON 19th February , 2026 TO BE IMPLEMENTED WITHIN OUR ALL GLOBAL EMPIRE JURISDICTIONS.
