Emperor's New International Law Regarding Council House / Council Paid House (Govt Paid House or Apt) ~ Extra room or rooms subletting or renting by occupants legalization.

COMMON LAW / COMMONWEALTH LAW / INTERNATIONAL LAW / SOCIAL HOUSING LAW / SOVEREIGN EMPIRE LAW ;
*ABOUT THE INTERNATIONAL LAW :
BASED ON THIS INTERNATIONAL LAW IF AN INDIVIDUAL OR A FAMILY WAS APPROVED A HOUSE OR AN APARTMENT BY A CITY OR COUNTY COUNCIL OF IF AN INDIVIDUAL OR A FAMILY GETTING PAID BY A COUNCIL OR GOVT DEPT THEIR RENT UNDER DIFFERENT SCHEME PRIOR TO OBTAINING A COUNCIL HOUSE IN SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES IF THEY HAVE EXTRA ROOM OR ROOMS THEY WILL BE ENTITLED TO SUBLET OR RENT IT.
THIS SUBLET OR RENT SHOULD NOT BE SEEN AS INCOME RATHER IT SHOULD BE SEEN AS ADDITIONAL COSTS COVERED FOR MAINTENANCE BY AN INDIVIDUAL OR A FAMILY. THIS CAN HAVE POSITIVE IMPACT IN THE SOCIETY. SPECIALLY IF SINGLE PERSON STUDENT OR LOOKING FOR JOB OR LOW EARNER INDIVIDUAL GET A ROOM THERE IT WILL BE REASONABLE COST FOR THEM WHILE EARNING LOW AMOUNT. IT WILL ALSO HELP THE HOUSE OR APARTMENT TO BE HEATED MORE AS ADDITIONAL USER OR USERS WILL USE THE HEATING MORE TO KEEP THEM WARM. THAT WAY THE WALLS TEMPER OF THE BUILDING OR APARTMENT WILL LAST LONGER. USUALLY SINGLE INDIVIDUAL LIVING IN A HOUSE OR APARTMENT DURING WINTER THEY CONSUME LESS ELECTRICITY BY USING LESS HEATER TO SAVE ELECTRIC COSTS WHICH IS NOT GOOD FOR A HOUSE OF AN APARTMENT BECAUSE THE WALL CAN TEMPER IF NOT ENOUGH HEAT GENERATED DURING WINTER EVERY YEAR TO LAST LONGER. APART FROM IT THIS PARTICULAR LAW WILL HELP SHORTAGE OF ACCOMMODATION PROBLEMS WHERE LESS ACCOMMODATION AVAILABLE COMPARED TO MORE PEOPLE IN A CITY OR TOWN.
SO ALL GOVT SHOULD SUPPORT SUCH LAW AS A POSITIVE INITIATIVE.
AN INDIVIDUALS SHOULD INFORM THE COUNCIL THEY HAVE SUBLET TO AN ADDITIONAL PERSON OR PERSONS WITH THE GENERAL INFO OF THE PERSON RESIDING THERE FOR THEIR SECURITY REASONS. AND COUNCIL SHOULD NOT DEDUCT ANY RENT AMOUNT THAT THEY PAYING AN INDIVIDUAL FOR SUBLETTING ONE ROOM.
AS WE SAID THIS SHOULD NOT BE SEEN AS INCOME BUT ADDITIONAL HOME / HOUSE / APARTMENT MAINTENANCE COST COVERED WITH ADDITIONAL TENANTS APPROVED BY THE 1ST OCCUPANT OR OCCUPANTS (AN INDIVIDUAL OR A FAMILY) .
*LAW / LEGISLATION APPROVED BY :
THIS PARTICULAR LAW HAS BEEN PRIMARILY APPROVED ON BEHALF OF ~ SOVEREIGN EMPIRE / DIVINE KINGDOM / FEDERAL GOVT OF COMMONWEALTH FOR ALL NATIONS.
*WHY EMPEROR DECIDED TO MAKE SUCH LEGISLATION :
THE EMPEROR REALIZED THIS LAW WILL HELP HOUSE OCCUPANTS TO STAY MORE WARM BECAUSE IF SHARED ELECTRICITY WILL BE USED DURING WINTER OR COLD SEASON THAT WILL BENEFIT ALL INDIVIDUALS LIVING IN A HOUSE OR APARTMENT IF MORE HEATING CONSUMPTION WILL TAKE PLACE AND THAT WAY PEOPLE WILL ALSO BECOME LESS SICK DUE TO WINTER OR COLD WEATHER IF HOUSE OR APT IS HEATED ENOUGH EVERY YEAR DURING COLD SEASONS AND PEOPLE WILL BE MORE PRODUCTIVE TOO WHILE THEY HAVE SOUND SLEEP AND NO SICKNESS DUE TO COLD.
THIS LAW WILL ALSO REDUCE RATE OF HOMELESSNESS WORLDWIDE BECAUSE PEOPLE WILL BE ABLE TO LEGALLY ACCOMMODATE OTHERS WHO MAY NEED HELP OR SEEKING AN ACCOMMODATION TO LIVE WITHOUT MAJOR LEGAL ISSUES BY THE CITY OR COUNTY COUNCIL WITHOUT IMPACTING THEIR RENT PAYMENT PAID BY THE COUNCIL .
*THE INTERNATIONAL LAW APPROVAL DATE :
THIS PARTICULAR LAW HAS BEEN APPROVED ON BEHALF OF ABSOLUTE SOVEREIGN MONARCHY GOVERNMENT ALSO KNOWN AS ABSOLUTE MONARCHY GOVT OF KING OF KINGS ON 21st February , 2026 TO BE IMPLEMENTED WITHIN OUR ALL GLOBAL EMPIRE JURISDICTIONS.
